Ya Big Loser

If you know me in real life (and let’s face it, you probably do…why else would you be reading this) you know I’ve been stuck lately.  Weight, fitness, my health, life in general, stuck, stuck, stuck.  So sometimes when you’re stuck, you get comfortable, and I have been very, very comfortable, mostly because I’ve been on the couch in my jammies.  When you’re comfortably stuck it can be hard to motivation yourself to do more, and gurl I have been lacking motivation lately.  So in an attempt to unstuck myself (not a thing or even a real word but I’m going with it) I’m doing two things, joining the Biggest Loser competition at my gym and promising myself I’ll blog every day.

I realize that was not a big reveal and rather anti-climatic  (what did you expect, that I was going to join NASA), but hear me out.  There is not a ton we have control over, but we have control over how we treat our bodies, and what we put out into the universe, so here I am.  Let me apologize in advance for what I’m sure will be some pretty crappy posts about nonsense.  Now if you’ll excuse me I have to go eat all the unhealthy food before I become a big loser tomorrow.
